I’m in the middle of my next blog post which I should get up by the end of next week. In the meantime I thought I’d let you all know that I’m walking in the Mother’s Day Classic this Sunday to help raise funds for breast cancer research. I’m doing the easy leg which is a 4.5km walk. It will be a challenge for me as I’m halfway through radiation and beginning to tire a little. My neuropathy from the chemo is also causing some issues in my toes but I’m sure I’ll be able to push through these barriers come Sunday in the spirit of the day. I’m hoping Rosie and Polly will enjoy the walk with me on our special day.

Anyway just a quick post really as I’m really hoping that some of you may be able to sponsor me for the walk. I put up my sponsor page on Facebook earlier tonight and have already raised $170 at last count. Wouldn’t it be great if I could raise a lot more than that?! With your help I can.
