I came across this video and app last week and friends have also been drooling over them both on Facebook.
It’s called Your Man Reminder and it’s a video about a smart phone app to remind you to check you breasts and how to go about it.
It’s definitely targeted towards women and has a bit of sexiness and humour, which I think is a great way to get the message across with this serious subject matter.
So go on, watch the video, download the app, give yourself some TLC and have a bit of a giggle while doing something that could potentially save lives. And after touching yourself don’t forget to send a Man-O-Gram to the lovely ladies in your life so they can also touch themselves 🙂
